All orders are shipped with UPS from Austria. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over €300, or as indicated on the product.
All delivery times below are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Note for DAP destinations: UPS may additionally charge a customs clearance/brokerage fee. These charges are set by the carrier and local customs, not by RARE.
Returns
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — see our Right of Withdrawal (Returns). If you withdraw, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returns from outside the EU: please mark the shipment clearly as "Returned goods" on the customs declaration and include a copy of the original invoice. This prevents customs duties and import VAT from being charged on your own returned item. We will provide the necessary details with the return instructions.
